1. Acceptance

By accessing atalyatra.com or booking a ride through our platform, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Service description

AtalYatra connects passengers with independent driver partners for intercity, outstation, airport, and local cab services across Bihar. We coordinate bookings, fares, and support but do not replace the driver's responsibility for safe operation of the vehicle.

3. Bookings and fares

• Quoted fares are based on route, vehicle type, and trip type (one-way or round trip) at the time of booking.
• Tolls, parking, state taxes, night charges, and waiting beyond the included allowance may be extra unless stated otherwise.
• You must provide accurate pickup, drop, date, time, and contact details.

4. Passenger conduct

Passengers must behave lawfully and respectfully. We may cancel rides without refund for abuse, intoxication, illegal activity, or damage to the vehicle.

5. Limitation of liability

AtalYatra is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or force majeure events. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the affected booking, except where prohibited by applicable law.
